The bee

,bee is a nice little 1/4 plate camera,i brought it body only,i fitted a carl zeiss triotar 7.5cm lens,now i,ve converted the camera to be a pinhole camera,fitted a f250 pinhole lens and a stripped down 6cm+6cm folding camera for a film holder.The bee,bee has a removable lens panel like a large washer for quick release and lens changing.The movements are nice and smooth and bellows nice and springy.The focusing screen clips in so does the glass plate holder,they don,t slide in like most others just a little button that pops them of and clips on.The ground glass screen has a cross hair to which i never seen on a double extension plate camera before.Year around mid 1930,s-mid 1940,s.

voigtlander bessa E

voigtlander bessa E is a 6cm+9cm folding camera from around 1930s-40s fitted with voigtlander scoper anastigmat 10.5cm lens,the camera is strong well built focuses by a wheel on the side with distance in meters around it,rack and pinion focusing.The camera has a nice action to it when the front panel is pop open the lens slides forward slowly locking it self in position,that’s what i like about voigtlander their craftsmanship is second to none.
